About Us

Amy was born and raised south of Chicago, and headed west for school in Arizona where she graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.  In 2001 Amy and her husband, Michael, migrated to Seattle and they now reside in Kenmore with two children, Jenabel and Jasper.   In 2003 Amy transitioned into the real estate industry while capitalizing on her technology know-how by starting a virtual tour business.  360 Sound View creates virtual tours using the latest in omniramic technology. 

In 2008, Amy started her own Real Estate Brokerage, Rhino Roz Realty.  Amy does business all over King & Snohomish County.  She has personal and professional experience with single-family, condos, investment, property management, short sales, bank owned and multi-family properties.  Amy's Mission Statement is to help clients achieve their housing goals, whether buying, selling, or renting by providing them with the very best real estate services available in today's market.
