Amy Towillis
Amy is the Broker and Owner of Rhino Roz Realty. She was born and raised south of Chicago, and headed west for school in Arizona where she graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. In 2001 Amy moved to Seattle where she now resides with two children, Jenabel and Jasper.
In 2003 Amy transitioned into the real estate industry while capitalizing on her technology know-how by starting a virtual tour business. 360 Sound View creates virtual tours using the latest in omniramic technology. In 2008, Amy started her own Real Estate Brokerage. Amy does business all over King and Snohomish County.
She has personal and professional experience with single-family, condos, investment, property management, short sales, bank owned and multi-family properties.
Amy has integrity, honesty and patience to spare for every client. She values education and loves to be an asset to clients. She is ePro certified, has the National Association of REALTORS Green Designation and is EcoBroker certified. Amy strives to help clients seek out, understand and market properties with green features.
Amy is passionate about raising awareness with how people can live more sustainably in their houses to save money, be healthier and help the environment. Brie Groves
When it comes to her clients Brie has a very strong work ethic based on trust and honesty. Working with her, you’ll have a genuine, dependable, and enthusiastic agent who will make every effort to guide you successfully through your home buying or selling journey. She is committed to building relationships and listening to your needs and wants. Your interests will always be Brie's top priority.
Brie grew up in the San Juan Islands and since then has lived all over the Puget Sound Region. She currently resides in North Seattle with her husband, dog and two cats. Brie has an appreciation of Seattle and all that it has to offer and loves helping people find the right neighborhood that best suits their needs.
She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a professional background in marketing, construction management, and customer service. Brie chose to pursue a career in real estate because she loves working with people in helping them pursue their dream of home ownership, whether it be for their first home or for investment purposes.
