Amy was born and raised south of Chicago, and headed west for school in Arizona where she graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.  In 2001 Amy migrated to Seattle and now resides in Kenmore with two children, Jenabel and Jasper.  In 2003 Amy transitioned into the real estate industry while capitalizing on her technology know-how by starting a virtual tour business.  360 Sound View creates virtual tours using the latest in omniramic technology.  In 2008, Amy started her own Real Estate Brokerage, Rhino Roz Realty.  Amy does business all over King & Snohomish County.

She has personal and professional experience with single-family, condos, investment, property management, short sales, bank owned and multi-family properties.  Amy values education and loves to be an asset to clients. She is ePro certified, has the National Association of REALTORS Green Designation and is EcoBroker certified. She strives to help clients seek out, understand and market properties with green features.
